The Joy Project hosts Valentine’s Health and Wellness Brunch

This Valentine’s Day, we gathered in a beautiful space of connection, learning, and care at our Love, Health and Wellness Brunch.

It was an impactful morning day to women’s wellbeing, with open and thoughtful conversations on menstrual health, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal balance, mental wellness, and self-care. In a supportive and welcoming environment, women shared experiences, gained valuable insights, and were reminded of the importance of prioritising their health.

We extend sincere thanks to Ms. Saros Hendrickson, Menstrual Health Educator and Director, Department of Gender Affairs, Nevis, and Dr. Dr Dasima Martin, Sports Medicine Physician and District Medical Officer, for their invaluable contributions. Your expertise and insight greatly enriched our discussions and empowered participants with practical knowledge.

From the inspiring dialogue to the delicious food and warm fellowship, the brunch was a true celebration of self-love, sisterhood, and empowerment.
To every woman who joined us, thank you for showing up with openness, energy, and intention. Your presence made this gathering truly special. We look forward to continuing these important conversations and creating more spaces that uplift, inform, and inspire.
