The Joy Project Receives Donation of 250 Ceiling Fans from KayanJet to Support the Cool Schools Initiative

The Joy Project is delighted to share that we have received a generous donation of 250 ceiling fans from Dr. Uday Nayak, Chairman and Founder of KayanJet FBO Services, and his wife, Mrs. Nayak.

This contribution will help revitalize the Cool Schools Initiative, a climate comfort project aimed at addressing the effects of rising temperatures in classrooms caused by the climate crisis. By distributing fans to schools, the initiative seeks to create a more comfortable learning environment for students and teachers. It reflects a commitment to well-being, productivity, and increased awareness of the broader impact of climate change on daily life.

We are deeply grateful to KayanJet, Dr. Nayak, and Mrs. Nayak for their generosity and strong commitment to community engagement and social upliftment in St. Kitts and Nevis.

To date, The Joy Project has partnered with 11 schools and distributed over 100 fans through the Cool Schools Initiative.
