A Powerful Start: She Leads Empowers Young Women to Lead with Purpose
Our first She Leads: Confidence, Courage, and Clarity workshop was a beautiful afternoon filled with energy, growth, and connection. Held on Friday, June 7 at the St. Kitts Credit Union Conference Centre, the workshop brought together a vibrant group of young women who showed up for themselves and each other, ready to lead with confidence and purpose. These powerful moments, filled with insight and inspiration, marked the beginning of something truly special.
The workshop is part of our Women of Worth program. Through a series of interactive workshops, discussions, and activities, Women of Worth provides a supportive environment where women can explore their potential, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. We’re incredibly proud of what was created together and excited for what’s still to come.
The day featured three dynamic speakers who brought wisdom, warmth, and real-world perspective:

Julie Charles, Motivational Speaker and Life Coach
Daneika Dickenson, Reigning Miss St. Kitts and Nevis
From financial literacy to personal development and confidence-building, the sessions offered valuable insights and sparked meaningful dialogue. Participants engaged deeply, asking thoughtful questions and embracing each moment of growth.
As a special surprise, three laptops were gifted to young women who stood out during the workshop:

💻 Ivannah Hamilton – Earliest Arrival, nearly an hour before start time
All participants received thoughtfully curated gift bags containing a budget planner, a self-love guided journal, and a financial literacy book by local author Elzeva Cuffy.
Behind the scenes, a dedicated team helped bring this vision to life, and to them, we extend heartfelt thanks. To every participant who took notes, asked questions, and leaned into the experience with courage and heart, we’re proud of you.
